At Michelle Pulver Designs, we're committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. Please read the following regarding our return policy.

  • Return Period:

    • You may return an item within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Conditions:

    • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

    • Clearance items, custom orders, or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

    • Gift cards, downloadable products, and some health and personal care items are not returnable.

  • Proof of Purchase:

    • For all returns, you must present a valid proof of purchase—a receipt, packing slip, or confirmation email.

  • Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an error occurred when sending the item.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

  • Return Process:

    • To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

    • Package your item securely, include the proof of purchase, and send it to the provided return address.

  • Damages and Issues:

    • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

    • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
